Products and Pricing

We work to display accurate prices, descriptions and availability. Occasionally an error slips through - if we catch one after your order, we will contact you before charging or shipping. Prices are shown in USD and are tax-free; shipping is free within the United States.

Orders and Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we send the shipping confirmation. We may decline orders in cases of suspected fraud, pricing error, or items that have sold out.

All content on this site - text, photography, design, logos - belongs to Bazofino or its licensors and may not be reproduced without written permission.

Reviews and User Content

By submitting a review or message you grant us a non-exclusive right to display it. We may remove content that is unlawful, off-topic, or abusive.

Warranty and Liability

Products are covered by the manufacturer's applicable warranty and our 30-day return window. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Bazofino is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, and total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the order in question.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Disputes will first be addressed through good-faith negotiation; unresolved disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
