At Bazofino LLC, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return or refund under the conditions below.
Return Eligibility
You may return your item if:
- Item is unused and unworn
- Item is in original packaging
- Item is in resellable condition
- Return request is made within 30 days of delivery
Items that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Worn T-shirts or hats
- Washed items
- Damaged items caused by customer
- Clearance or final sale items
- Gift cards (if applicable)
Return Process
To start a return, please contact us with:
- Your order number
- Full name
- Reason for return
- Photos (if item is damaged)
Once approved, we will provide return instructions.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return:
- Refunds are approved within 3–5 business days
- Refunds are issued to original payment method
- Shipping fees are non-refundable (unless our error)
Please allow additional time for your bank or card provider to process the refund.
Damaged or Wrong Items
If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are:
- Defective
- Damaged
- Wrong size sent by us
- Incorrect item received
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund:

- Contact your credit card company
- Contact your bank
If you still have not received your refund, contact us.
Order Cancellation
Orders can be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
After this time, orders may already be processed and cannot be cancelled.
